B-Amazing! Foods Whole Food Bars - Review and Reader Giveaway

B-Amazing! Foods is the creator of baked, whole food snack bars made with whole grains and 50% fresh fruits and vegetables.  They are available in four flavors:  Quinoa Apricot, Cinnamon Raisin, Apple Coconut and Lemon Cranberry.

To make the bars, they start with fresh root vegetables, like yellow beets, sweet potatoes and carrots, and then add in fruit, nuts and organic ancient whole grains.  The flavorful blends mean you get all the nutritional benefits of the vegetables, but in yummy "treat".  They are satisfying enough to be a meal replacement and healthy enough to be a daily snack!

Each bar has 5-7 grams of protein and 4-5 grams of fiber depending upon the flavor.  As important as what they DO have, is what they DON'T have:  No refined white sugar.  No hydrogenated fats.  No high fructose corn syrup.  No dairy.

To get a totally non-biased opinion of the B-Amazing! snack bars, I sent one home with my mom to get her opinion.  She sent me an e-mail and this is what she had to say:
That bar you gave me to try was delicious. The package said 50% fresh veggies and fruit but it tasted like all fresh ingredients, very chewy, very raw tasting. It was almost too big to be considered one serving per bar. If I could find them around here, I would buy more.
Well, she is in luck because B-Amazing Superbars are available online through the B-Amazing Foods store and you can also find a list of retail locations here.

Find out more at www.b-amazingfoods.com or on the B-Amazing Foods Facebook Page.

Reader Giveaway:  One lucky Jinxy Knows Best reader will win a sampler pack of all four flavors of B-Amazing Superbars.  To enter, just complete the entry form below by 11:59 pm ET on 10/22/12.  Good luck!
