Preserve Expensive Pomegranate & Other Juices - Works for Me Wednesday

I am a fan of 100% Pomegranate juice, but it is expensive!!!   And, unfortunately, once the bottle is opened, it only lasts for about a week in the fridge.  My main use of it is to add to iced green tea (I'll post the recipe soon - it's yummy!) and, therefore, I only use a little at a time and I DON'T want to let any of that expensive juice go to waste.

So what I do is use the amount that I need for my batch of iced tea and then take the rest of the bottle and pour it into ice cube trays.  Once the cubes are frozen, I pop them out and store the cubes in a plastic freezer bag.  Then, each time I make tea I can just grab a few cubes!

This works well with any expensive juice where you don't want to waste a single drop!
